How we can work together

Co-active coaching holds that all of us are naturally creative, resourceful, whole, and completely capable of finding our own answers. And that we all have the ability to create a thriving environment for ourselves.

So I don’t instruct or advise.

What I do is ask you powerful questions. Questions which make you really think about what you want. And what makes you happy.

Then working together, you begin your journey of self discovery and self empowerment.

I recommend the first meeting we have is face-to-face. It’s a time to get to know one another, for me to understand what it is you want from coaching, and how we will work together to achieve it. Subsequent weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions can be on the phone.

In my previous work I was an expert in uncovering the unique value of a product within a competitive marketplace. In my current work as a Co-active Coach, my expertise remains the same only the product is no longer an object but a person or a team. The Leadership Circle™My approach to working within a corporate environment can be evidence-based, using assessment tools that I am certified to use called The Leadership Circle 360 Profile™ and The Leadership Culture Survey™.

The Leadership Circle 360 Survey™ identifies the impact that a leader has in key leadership competencies; compared to the leadership impact the leader believes they have.

The Leadership Culture Survey™ identifies the leadership culture in which the members are currently working compared to the culture that is idealized by the team. Ideally one or both of these tools is administered at the beginning and at the end of any coaching initiative, generally for a 6 to 12 month period. In between assessments is where the magic happens, through individual or team-based leadership coaching that fosters change towards a positive and innovative leadership culture.
